They say the Taj is unforgettable, and it truly was – but for reasons you couldn’t script if you tried. From five-star luxury to a hospital broom cupboard (don’t ask), gallstones stole the show.

Picture this: passports botched, dodgy Facebook bios, a near-kidnapping involving a van that screamed *murder mystery*, and a frantic race to book a fake onward flight with minutes to spare. Oh, and a "mouse" the size of a small leopard. A 19-hour chaos fest later, we collapsed into bed in Mumbai—bug-ridden, bedraggled, but grinning. Guess what? *We'd made it*...sort of.

Two cars, infinite booze, and one American on a mission—what could go wrong? From fruit-flavoured alcopops to epic sporting defeats (Pepsi debt included), this day was chaos at its finest.

In need of bandages but leaving with beer, spiders, and reggae—it was a day of tuk-tuk chaos, beach treks, accidental chocolate, and posing for local paparazzi. Exhausted? Yes. Happy? Absolutely.

We swapped mouldy toast for palace luxury, cursed over ruined laundry, and fell in love with Mumbai’s chaos, charm, and chaat. A butler, a 96-year-old monarchist, and flaming cocktails—details to come!
